FAQ's

  • How soon should I expect results?
    This varies for everyone. But if you are paying enough attention, you can begin to feel results in as little as one week. But bigger changes typically take a bit more time. Maybe as soon as a month or two, perhaps a bit longer. But change is inevitable.
  • How often should I watch a video?
    I recommend that you don’t watch more than one or two videos per topic per week. Otherwise too much information could inhibit your ability to initiate all of the changes at once. You also might not be able to tell which changes had what impact if you do more than one big change at a time.
  • Do I really need to journal or document my process?
    No you don’t have to, but in my experience and what the research shows is that it can have a dramatic impact for sure. Just give it a shot
